Shippings

Deliveries to UNITED STATES are managed by our affiliate couriers USPS 

All shipments sent by Anima are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Your order will be ready for dispatch 7 business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.

Order with Free Shipping by Anima

Shipping is free for all orders. Any item with "FREE Shipping" on the product detail page that is fulfilled and shipped by Anima is eligible and contributes to your free shipping.

You get unlimited FREE Two-Day Shipping on eligible items with Anima FreeShipping, with no minimum spend.

To place an order:

Add items to your Shopping Cart.

Proceed to checkout.

Enter a U.S.-eligible delivery address.

Select FREE Shipping.

With free shipping, your order is shipped one to three days after all your items are available to ship, including pre-order items.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's free shipping eligibility.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned like gift cards and downloadable software products or personalized items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To return your product, let us know you are returning it and the reason via email at  info@animaluxury.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item through no fault of our own. Or we can provide you a label for return shipping and deduct costs from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will deduct from your refund the costs to ship your item initially if your product was sold with free shipping. Your refund will be minus the cost we paid to initially ship your order plus return mail costs. This applies to orders that don't fit or you simply don't like or are otherwise unwanted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Stocking and Handling

We reserve the right to charge a twenty percent restocking fee. We reserve the right to charge a twenty percent rental fee on sunglasses returned that are not defective.
